These terms are an agreement between you (the business owner) and Marquee Pages, operated by HOMEnet Real Estate LLC ("we", "us"). By signing up, you agree to them.
We build a website for your business, host it, and keep it online. The monthly fee covers the site, hosting and up to two small updates per month.
The service costs $49 per month, billed automatically to your card each month through our payment processor. There is no setup fee. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change.
You can cancel anytime by emailing us or through your billing link. Your site stays live until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't give partial-month refunds.
Two small updates per month are included (for example: hours, phone, a service, a price, a photo). We aim to finish them within 3 business days. Unused updates don't roll over. Larger work is quoted first and only done if you approve the price.
You own your business name, logo, photos and text. You give us permission to use them on your website. You confirm you have the right to use anything you send us. Public information such as your Google rating may be shown and is kept accurate to the source.
If you use your own domain, it stays registered in your name and you pay for it. If you cancel, you keep it.
The site design and code belong to us. If you cancel, we'll send you a copy of your text and images, but the site itself is taken down.
If a payment fails and isn't fixed within 14 days, we may take the site offline until it's paid.
We work hard to keep your site online, but we can't promise it will never be down. We don't guarantee search rankings, calls or sales.
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
We may stop service for content that is illegal, misleading or harmful, with notice where possible and a refund of any unused prepaid time.
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
